I always found the idea of "Pie Day" for March 14th (3.14) to be really cute. At Texas Cooking, we have been celebrating it with the classic custard pie from the South, Buttermilk Pie.
St. Patrick's Day is this Sunday! You should should consider Beef Braised in Guiness or Irish Soda Bread.
