Do you wash your rice? I have seen some chefs saying we should not rinse our rice and now I am confused since I always washed before cooking. Thanks

Hi Lisa if you ever had to prep for long term like you knew a disaster was coming, I would love to know whayou would get for your pantry. I am curious because I know you buy healthy and have to be careful on what you out in your body. I have to prep and I am so worried that all I am going to do is suffer because my only ideas are canning myself and I am not physically able to do much, or buying cans and the canned stuff from the store makes me really sick. Would you please make a long term prep video? Like prep for emergencies where there will be no electricity and possibly no water. Because these days even water is distributed to homes with electricity. No one thinks about that but it's true.

Instant pot for boiled eggs. 5 minutes high pressure. 5 minutes natural steam release. 5 mins in cold water. They turn out perfect.

Cooking with those oils is actually very unhealthy for your gut. Those oils avocado and olive are oils that go on after cooking or when food is staying raw. Use ghee or coconut oil.

Olive oil and avocado oils are NOT cooking oils.
and we all know canola oil and vegetable oil are terrible.

Coconut oil and ghee are the best for cooking. 🙌🏽😊
